The Edge Protocol™

Stabilizing execution under pressure.

A structured cognitive performance and nervous system protocol that stabilizes execution, speeds recovery, and protects long-term capacity in high-stakes competitive environments. Built for elite and emerging athletes operating under sustained pressure.

Who This Is For

The Edge Protocol™ is designed for athletes who are well prepared, but who feel that something internal is getting in the way of their best.

Sometimes that is visible. A mistake follows an athlete into the next play. Overthinking interrupts instinct. Confidence starts to depend too heavily on the last outcome.

Sometimes it is more subtle. The athlete is still performing, still delivering, and is the only one who knows it is taking more than it used to, or that the trust has thinned. For others the work has stopped moving. Everything technical is in place and the ceiling will not lift, and the thing holding them feels internal rather than physical.

It can support an athlete returning from a setback, stepping into a higher level of competition, or protecting a standard they have already reached.

None of this comes from a lack of ability. It is the trained version of the athlete becoming harder to reach under pressure, and it can be reached again.

How This Works

Once the pattern is clear, the work is to change it. The Edge Protocol™ is delivered through structured individual sessions that follow the internal performance cycle.

The early work focuses on readiness and reset. Later sessions move into execution and recovery, so the athlete has an easier way back to steady after the demand is high.

This work sits beside coaching and training. It does not give an athlete more to think about during competition. It is designed to reduce the interference that keeps preparation from coming through.

What begins to change under pressure

A few shifts tend to show up first, and they build on one another. Confidence begins to sit on preparation instead of the last result, and an athlete’s best skill and instinct get easier to reach when the moment is biggest.

Greater consistency when the pressure rises.

Faster recovery after mistakes and difficult moments.

Less overthinking and more trust in preparation.

A steadier ability to stay present and play one moment at a time.

“Before we started working together, my biggest opponent was my own head. If I made one mistake out there, that was it. I’d dwell on it and suddenly one small mistake would turn into three more. I was constantly derailing my own performance because I just couldn’t let things go. It was incredibly frustrating knowing I had the physicality but was constantly getting hijacked by my own nervous system when the pressure was on.

Going through the Edge Protocol completely changed how I operate during competition. You taught me how to access a flow state and regulate myself, rather than just hoping I’d have a good mental day. Now, when a mistake happens, I can process it, drop it, and immediately move on to the next play without hesitation. I am incredibly grateful for the work we did together. I’m a way better player now, and I honestly never expected to go through such a massive transformation.”

If a mistake still follows you into the next play, the next step is a conversation.
